Step 1: Fill out the form!

Send an inquiry through the contact form or with the day & location of your wedding to see if I am available! Once I respond, we'll set up a call to establish how many hours you want the day of your event or wedding (and if you’re interested in an engagement session). We will also discuss travel fees during this time if that applies to you. Have an idea of when & where you want your engagement session, so we can book that as well! 

Step 2: Sign Contract

Let’s get your event booked! I’ll send you a contract about how much you owe based on the package/hours you requested and the day your full payment will be due. Upon signing I will require a non-refundable deposit as well. This will officially book the day of your wedding!

Step 3: Planning ahead

For me to have a better understanding of your wedding, you'll answer a list of generic questions before the big day.

Step 4: Getting to know you!

I want to get to know you, if you’ve never met me and don’t have an engagement session planned, let’s meet up for 30 minutes. I’m located in Joplin, Mo, so I totally get it if I’m out of your way.

I want to get to know you & your love story, share a little about myself, and get comfortable with each other before the big day! If this doesn’t happen, no biggie, we can plan a facetime!

Step 5: Schedule

If you have a coordinator or you yourself have made a laid out schedule of the big day, I’d like to have a copy to best plan out when to get all the important portraits and such. If you don’t already have this, I can send you a template to fill out!

Step 6: Payment

Your full payment will be due one week prior to the wedding day. You can make a payment plan and pay portions beforehand if that makes it easier on your budget.

Step 7: The Big Day!

It’s your wedding day! I’ll do my best to make sure your vibes are good all day, I want this to be the best day of your life, because it should be!! I’ll do my best to check off every box on your checklist! Also, if you need anything, please let me know, that’s what I’m here for!! It’s so special that I get to join you on your BIG day, we’re friends now!!

Step 8: Getting your Photos!!

The link to your photos and attached download pin will be sent to your email, please download them on a PC or Mac only ASAP!!
